Shane Balkovetz
Product Manager
Shane has been in technology for the last 20 years in various sales management and product management roles. In the late 90’s Shane worked at N2H2 (with now Educational Systemics’ President, Michael Jay) while he was leading and managing the K-12 educational sales team. In 2001 he joined Net2Trak and moved into a product development role where he spent the next 3 years driving two new software initiatives in the telecom industry as Director of Product Development. In 2004 he joined W3Data (now WhitePages.com) as a Product Manager where he championed two new major software releases and one new e-commerce product. In 2007, he joined Educational Systemics to lead MatchMaker K12 product marketing/management.
Shane has a B.A. in Business Administration from Carroll College. As one of several avid cyclists in the Educational Systemics organization, Shane plays a leadership role in a premiere NW cycling event - Ride Around Mount Rainier in One Day (RAMROD). As an ultramarathon cyclist he has succesfully completed several events of 760 miles in under 90 hours. Needless to say, Shane goes the distance for Educational Systemics’ clients and partners!
