Mary LeDonne
CFO and Senior Associate
(360) 752-2874
Mary began her career in education as a high school biology and physical science teacher but soon found that she preferred working with middle school students. During her tenure in the classroom she served as a demonstration teacher for hands-on science and integration of technology into the curriculum. She lead the development of a district-wide Technology Implementation plan and has successfully written many grants to fund the improvement of science education.
Mary holds B.A. and M.S. degrees from Mills College where she later served as a master teacher
Since leaving the classroom Mary has worked on guides to grant writing, and driven strategic curriculum correlations. Her intuition about classroom implementation combined with a seasoned perspective about how schools work has proved invaluable to the organizations with which she has consulted.
She has continued to be involved in education locally by serving on district task forces and the Bellingham Public School Foundation.
