Michael Jay continued his participation as a presenter in the 2011 ISTE conference. The usual collection of punsters, jokesters, storytellers, and really terrible singers strives to explain why technology is so important in education and in life. The presenters' approaches will vary, as will your mileage, but we'll get you to your destination. As new issues arise to engage the ISTE professionals, we will tackle them (and stop their forward progress) and provide the perspective to laugh at them. Yes, there’ll be research findings, professional development opportunities, and technology implementation wisdom – but not at this session.
