Michael Jay, Saul Rockman, and Elliot Soloway gave the crowd at this year's NECC a lighter view of today's most pressing issues and challenging topices in educational technology. LOL@NECC: Part Deux tackled Scientifically Based Research, NETS for parents, handheld devices for assessment, and burgeoning technologies with a tongue and cheek perspective.
Michael Jay's recommendations for innovative new handheld devices included a hands-on demonstration of Michael's own patented "BlowHardAssessement". The presentation elicited laughter, tears and the following comment from attendee Michelle Gilmer, "All I can say is this man is not right. He was absolutely hilarious...".

The Ubiquitous Thoughts blog also declared, "The verdict?... Michael Jay was by far the funniest". Read more at: http://ubiquitousthoughts.wordpress.com/2007/06/25/necc-day-3-lol-part-deux/
